What is involved?
A small pin prick from the tip of your finger is carried out, to draw a little bit of blood into a small glass tube.
The blood sample is then diluted and used with the combination of solutions to detect the presence of food antibodies.
If your body is creating IgG antibodies to particular foods, this means you have a food intolerance. Dark blue circles will appear on the tray only under the foods that you are intolerant to.
When there is no colour it indicates that you do not have an intolerance to the food and you can eat that food fine without negative reactions.
The food intolerance test goes for approximately 40 minutes and tests for 45 different foods.
