I started seeing Patty and the team at Complexion Code around three months ago feeling as though I had tried everything before and that I had already exhausted every option. I had become very skeptical that there could be anyone or anything out there that could actually help my skin - however with my wedding day fast approaching I wanted to try one last thing.
During my first appointment with Patty I felt instantly at ease. Her outstanding knowledge of skin conditions and her genuine care for my well-being gave me hope and confidence to try everything Patty suggested. Nearly 7 treatments later I am seeing the amazing results of heeding Patty's advice and following the routines she has set for me closely. Many people are noticing the improvement in my skin and I am finally feeling happy with how I look without makeup! I am so grateful that Patty has been able to look at my skin and ask the questions required to pinpoint exactly what the triggers of my bad skin actually were. I can say that my investment in the treatments I have been receiving from Patty and the Danne Montegue-King products I am now using has been one of the best decisions of my life.
I am always looking forward to my next appointment at Complexion Code and once I have finished my skin treatments, I will certainly be returning regularly to enjoy Complexion Codes other luxurious services! Thanks to Patty I will have the skin I have always dreamed of for my wedding day!

Dear Complexion Code,
I have just got home from a beautiful facial treatment at your salon, and wanted to write and tell you how impressed I was with the service you provided.
It is very hard having "problem skin" (as so many beauticians have referred to in the past). I have suffered from acne for many many years and tried everything before resorting to my last option of going on Roaccutane. I'm not happy about being on it and I know about all the side effects... but looking in the mirror at disgusting acne every day is so much worse than any of these. When I have been to salons in the past the therapist has always made me feel terrible about being on Roaccutane and/or my "problem skin".
Today was the first time that this didnt happen. My therapist instead told me about the things I should take care with while being on the drug and emphasised the importance of hydration (where everywhere else keeps trying to sell me drying products!!). She was just fantastic and I really enjoyed my time at the salon. I didnt feel embarassed about my crap skin, infact she made me feel really good about myself.
I am a very happy customer and really look forward to my next visit early in the New Year. You have just won yourself a loyal customer - thank you very much!
