How do I join?
There is a joining fee of $10. You will be presented with a "Welcome Pack" consisting of several items.

Your 2 "Refer a friend, get rewarded" voucher
Give to 2 of your friends/family members and get rewarded with 100 reward points when they become our client. Inturn, they will also receive a $20 discount, from any treatments worth $80 or over.

When can I start using it?
You will need at least 500 points to start redeeming points. You can then redeem points at anytime! Unlike many other loyalty programs in the market, redeeming your points are restricted to off-peak periods only. Not us. There are no "black-out" periods, use points anytime!

Points accumulated are non transferable. Points cannot be credited or refunded to cash.
Points have no monetary value outside of Complexion Code.
Make a purchase every three (3) months, and no points shall ever expire.
Points cannot be redeemed on seasonal special promotions.
Points are not accumulated on special promotions or discounted products or services.
Complexion Code reserves the right to deduct points from your account when you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours notice.
