Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times. What is the cancellation policy? We request clients endeavor to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling your appointment to our waiting list. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Complexion Code also reserves the right to collect a deposit of up to 25% of the cost of treatments or products combined. The deposit may be refunded or credited only when Complexion Code is notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time of treatment.
