- If you are catching train or bus (306, 320), it will only take you 3 minutes from station to get to us. If you drive, you can park at the council parking or commuters parking or on side streets. If you are lucky, you can find a spot in our forever busy parking. Or simply stop the car infront of our shop and we will valet park for you complimentary. If you are at Albion station or parked nearby and its raining heavily and have no umbrella with you, give us a call we will send someone out for you.
- For all Complexion Code clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure full treatment will provided.
- We request Complexion Code client to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule. So we could assign your appointment to our waiting list clients. Any Complexion Code Treatment over 1 hour long, we require 50% deposit. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.
- We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.
- For all promotional packages, we require a full prepayment before making an appointment.
